The guards at Neverland say there are only two ways to see inside the property now: by invitation or by flight.

Well....

Channel Islands Helicopters proudly presents “Flight Over Neverland” on Friday, June 24th, 2011 commemorating the 2nd anniversary of the passing of beloved entertainer Michael Jackson.

Flights depart from Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA) aboard a Robinson 44 Helicopter for a 30 minute air tour. Loyal followers will be whisked to the skies around Neverland Ranch- the sprawling estate that was home to the King of Pop for nearly 20 years. Fans will also be able to pay tribute during the flight by dropping a sunflower (MJ’s favorite flower) atop nearby Zaca Peak- a 3000 foot summit overlooking the Neverland grounds. The flight to and from Neverland provides some of central California’s most breathtaking countryside including the sprawling vineyards of Santa Ynez , Lake Cachuma, and stunning views of the Santa Barbara area.

The helicopter will travel around Neverland, maintaining a respectful distance while allowing for incredible views of the property.

The helicopter seats three people, along with the pilot. The special THRILLER FLIGHT rate to reserve the whole helicopter for a group of three (or fewer if you'd like the privacy) is $500 or $175 per individual seat . Seats are limited; please call 805-512-1371 and request the THRILLER FLIGHT to reserve your seat today.

In comparison with other luxury celebs cribs with hi-tech things they dont need, Neverland is one beautiful peaceful place.

From helicop pics it looks "small", but its a vast land, almost 11km²/4.5miles².

If I ever go there I'll cry my eyes out, I'll have puffy eyes the whole trip.
I know MJ didn't live there since 2005 but for me it looks so sad without him :(

It used to be Peter Pan‘s home...But now it is just a house... T T :(

No, I dont agree that its just a house..., its a beautiful land and MJs legacy.

If I had money, I would buy the whole premises, and recreate these houses and the whole area into something... you know... for extraordinary gifted and talented young people specializing in science, art and with special abilities....

Don't forget that was MJ's home, that half the price right there.

I wish the MJ estate would just buy Neverland back.

My heart is in my throat. Michael should still be here...

Bittersweet, such a beautiful place but the heart is gone from it now for me. Maybe Michael's children could change that at some time in the future if they wish to.

Hmmm, I can't think of anything more calculated to shatter the peace of an area than a helicopter clattering overhead. Pity the Estate can't just let people visit the grounds on foot...small escorted groups surely shouldn't be too much trouble.
